Contact us
Describe the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Never include passwords or payment information.
Restore purchases
Open the Lumday PRO screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Sync issues
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled, Lumday has iCloud access, and all devices use the same Apple Account.
Privacy and deletion
Delete people individually or clear the full list in Settings. Additional data requests can be sent by email.
